I couldn't agree more. When I moved house recently it menat about 4 trips to the damn place. Luckily my drive was only 20 minutes compared to your 90. Nothing was out of stock... my beef was the fact that to make a complete bed, you need to collect 3 different items, each with different silly names and each in totally different areas of the warehouse. No other furniture stockist in the world does things this way. Stupid, stupid, stupid! And that's not taking into account the fact that their mattresses are bespoke sizes (slightly different to conventional sizes)... Stupid!
