It&#039;s definitely a shame that you&#039;re leaving us, however there&#039;s no reason why you still shouldn&#039;t have had a great experience when you called in to sort this out.

My name is Mat and I work for the Vodafone Web Relations Team, whose job it is to find customers such as yourself who need our help, which is basically what I&#039;m here to offer!

If you could possibly contact me at webrelations@vodafone.com with your mobile number, then I&#039;ll do my best to get this resolved for you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The Vodafone eForum is intended as a technical support channel by the way, however account related queries are still dealt with - just via email instead of the forum, so that private account information can be kept secure. This means that if something was removed from the forum then you should have an email offering further help that way.

Don&#039;t worry about it though, I&#039;ll sort everything out from here instead - as soon as I receive your email then I&#039;ll get started right away.
