I recomend you watch Idiocracy if you haven't already :D Agree with most of what you are saying here, although survival of the fittest isn't really relevant here since you seem to be talking about intelligence. Also i don't necessarily see a problem with trying to help ex cons back into work etc, if they've done the time then they've paid their debt to society. I agree that giving them a house seems a bit silly but Nacro is a Charity so it's not your money mate.
